Inspection, Exchange & Refund Policy
1. Inspection on Delivery
● Inspection is available while the courier is present.
● You may verify: model, material, quality, and size.
2. Hygiene-Sensitive Items
● For hygiene-sensitive items such as boxers, socks, and similar items, inspection is visual only with no trying on, due to hygiene rules.
3. After the Courier Leaves
● No exchange or refund is allowed after the courier leaves.
Please complete inspection before accepting delivery.
4. Non-Returnable Items
● No exchange / return is accepted for hygiene-sensitive products, including but not limited to: boxers, socks, and similar items.
5. Refused Deliveries
● If an order is refused upon delivery, delivery fees must be paid in full.
6. Shipping Damage — Documentation
● If you notice visible damage upon delivery, please document it immediately while the courier is present photos / videos when possible and follow the courier’s procedure, either refuse delivery or record the note.
● Immediate documentation helps resolve the case fairly.
7. Refund Exceptions — If Applicable
If MENZO approves a refund as an exception:
● Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for purchase.
● Timing depends on the payment gateway / bank policies and is usually within business days.
● If the return is requested by the customer with no defect or mistake from MENZO, such as change of mind, shipping fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
