Shipping & Delivery Policy — MENZO
1. Delivery Timeframes
● Cairo & Giza: typically 2–3 working days
● Other governorates: up to 5 working days
Timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier workload or public holidays.
2. Shipping Fees
● Shipping fees vary by location and appear at checkout or are confirmed before dispatch when needed.
3. Address & Contact Details — Important
● Please provide a working phone number and a complete address to avoid delays.
4. Failed Delivery — Incorrect Address / Unreachable Phone
● If delivery fails due to an incorrect / incomplete address, unreachable phone number, or recipient unavailability, the order may be canceled.
● In such cases, shipping fees may apply depending on the case and courier policies, especially if the shipment has already been dispatched for delivery.
5. Refused Deliveries
● If an order is refused upon delivery, delivery fees must be paid in full.
Payments Policy — MENZO
1. Current Payment Method
● Cash on Delivery COD is currently available for all orders.
2. Upcoming Payment Methods
We are working on enabling:
● Visa / MasterCard
● Mobile wallets
● Apple Pay

3. Cash on Delivery
● Payment is made to the courier upon delivery.
● Please provide accurate contact and address details for smooth delivery.
4. Refunds — When Online Payments Are Enabled
Once online payments are enabled, if a refund is approved where applicable:
● Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used.
● Timing depends on payment gateway / bank policies, usually business days.
● If the return is customer preference with no defect / mistake from MENZO, shipping fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
